UPMC SSC Installs Digital Signage Queue Management
In September 2023 W.C. O’ Brien completed the installation of our first medical suite queue management system at the UPMC SSC in Santry Dublin. The System consists of two digital signage displays that work as a queue management system for the medical professionals and their patients.
The software that facilitates the patient flow is called Moviik. W.C O’ Brien are the official software distributor in Ireland. Moviik allows for digital and physical tickets to be created instantly through ticket dispensers or the software system. The tick options also include SMS and QR Code Generated tickets.
